Black Pearls and Pink Touches Baby Shower January 2011

I wanted to do a sophisticated, classy, New York style baby shower for my Mark Kay friends'. These invites are my favorite so far just because I have been wanting to do this type of baby shower forever. The rhinestones were the last touch!!
Guest-of-Honor Care Package; Favors: Cake Pops and Earrings; Diaper Cake on cake stand -
all made by me with some friends' help.
Mexican themed menu with mock Sangrias and Margaritas.
My delicious cookies that are a must at almost every event :)

New Year's Eve Party 2010 (quaint)

Holiday Dinner Party December 2010

Holiday Dinner Party for our friends. Our very talented chef friend, Adam catered. I didn't take a picture of the chaffing dishes that held all the food and really didn't take a good picture of the food on my plate. It was delicious!!! Highly recommend Adam to cater any and all events!
Adam made spare ribs, barley and a few dips. He made a Banana Foster Bread Pudding for dessert. I made lemon cheesecake in chocolate cups. It all turned out great!

Blue Ribbon Bachelor/ette Party July 2010

The groom and bride LOVE everything Pabst Blue Ribbon so I thought we had to make it the theme of their Bachelor/ette Party and the plaid was the theme of the wedding, so I tied it onto the party theme invites and thank you notes.
Ordered a cake from my friend to go with the theme of the party.

Luau Birthday July 2010

Decorations galore, Luaus are so easy to decorate for since I lived in Hawaii for almost a year and have visited multiple times before and after that.
The desserts were all made by me and were delicious (key lime pie, Chocolate Haupia Pie, Pina Colada Cupcakes and of course my cookies). The food was catered by a friend's family who have a polynesian catering company - highly recommend!!
Fireworks to end the evening celebration.

Hellion's 1st Birthday Invite June 2010

My closest friend's boy turned one and he is Mr. Trouble and takes after his father so we thought it was a fitting theme!! So cute!

Cinco de Mayo Fiesta May 2010

Fiestas are fun to attend and plan. Decorations are almost as easy as luaus. I made the margarita candles with a glitter rim.
The food turned out perfect. We made all the food starting with the Tres Leches cupcakes with a strawberry on top. Shredded beef taco bar and Chicken 'Ole with of course homemade Pico de Gallo with tortilla chips. Yum!! Everything was labeled so all the guests knew what was being served.
The decorations outside kept the mode right...
